Campaign Notification / Date Templates 3.0

Create tailored date templates and set notifications to assist in your Campaigns. Fields can be edited and turned on & off anytime. 


Roles required

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download


Start creating

  1. Go to Admin > Campaign

  2. On the date templates tab click the create button

  3. Create a template name 

  4. In the date field provide an event name and select if you want to send notifications for this event

  5. If send notifications is turned on you need to select if you want the notification to be sent on the event date or days after an event

  6. Select which user department you want to send the notification to and optionally add any additional recipients emails

  7. Create the subject line of the notification you want to send

  8. Create the message content for the notification you want to send 

  9. Can select add new date to add a new event / date to the template (then repeat steps 4-8) or save the template
