Close Campaign Item List in Campaign Builder (Edit only mode) 3.0

A campaign can be placed into a state where items can no longer be added to the campaign by item owners.

Roles Required

Admin role - Can lock Campaign Item list

Item Owner role - Cannot lock Campaign Item list, can make edits to campaign as normal, cannot add more items to Campaign

Start editing:

• Select your campaign, 

• Go to Items section within the campaign

• Select More Actions dropdown 

• select Close Campaign Items List. 

• This now means new items can no longer be added to the campaign by item owners.
•  Item owners can now edit existing items that have been added to the campaign but can no longer add new items to the campaign.
