Adding Assets to Locations in Location Profile

Start assigning Assets to your Location Data in Location Profile. If you create assets within Location Profile it will appear in your Assets Library. You can also remove assets from Locations if it's no longer needed.

Roles required
 

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download

Start creating and assigning Assets to your Locations 

1. Select Location Profile from the left side menu

2. Click the pencil icon of your Location 

3. Go to Fixtures and Fittings tab

4. Select Marketing Assets, this will display all Assets currently assigned to your Location.

5. To add extra assets select Add Assets in the top right corner. 

6. This will present the Assets Library

7. Search for the required Asset and add the quantity amount

8. Select Add Assets to save

How to remove an asset from your Location

1. Check the box of the required Asset(s) 

2. Select the 3 dots to the right

3. Select Delete Assets
