You can make amendments to your Features by downloading the CSV spreadsheet and uploading back into the system
Roles required
Admin role - Full access
Start amending
- Go to Admin > Features
- Select More Actions and Download Features CSV
- You'll see a notification of the CSV spreadsheet downloaded
- Open the CSV template from within your desktop download folder section
- You will see a full library of Features Data currently sitting within the system (not including archived)
- If there are no Features existing, then the CSV download will only show Store numbers
7. If Features are linked to Stores Data, the CSV download will display the following:
Store Number - Yellow
Store Feature - Green
Options (Store Feature) - Green
Element - Blue
Tag/Category - Orange
Active/Inactive - Grey
- If you have Elements and Categories/Tags linked to Features, you will see this displayed in CSV format
8. Start making amendments. The only amendments you can make:
- Archiving Store Features
- Renaming Store Features
- Assigning/removing Store Feature Options
- Assigning/removing Tags/Categories
- Assigning/removing Elements to Features.
You cannot erase Features
Important: When you make amendments to Options, remember to reflect changes of all Options assigned to each Store Number.
9. Once all completed, you can Save and upload the features CSV spreadsheet back into the system
