You can create new Store Features using the CSV Template. This is the most efficient method for creating Store Features in Bulk and assigning multiple stores.
Roles required
Admin role - Full access
Start Creating
- Go to Admin > Features
- Select More Actions and Download Features CSV
- You'll see a notification of the CSV template downloaded
- Open the CSV template from within your desktop download folder section
- If no Features exist, the CSV download will only show Store Numbers
- To create a new Store Feature, type New in the next column on the Colateral Ref row (Please refer to screenshot below and see purple cell)
- To add Feature options, create new rows under the isActive row and type options on each row (dependent on how many options you have, i.e. if you have 2 options for a feature, you will only need 2 rows with the label option) (Please refer to screenshot below and see green cell)
- Name your new Store Feature and Options (Please refer to screenshot below and see green cells)
- Start assigning Options to each store
- To create categories for your Features, add a new row under Label and type 'Tag'. Type the tag/category name under the Store Feature column (Please refer to screenshot below and see orange cell)
- To add Store Features in bulk, keep typing 'New' on each column in the Colateral Ref row
- Create your options and assign them to Stores.
- Important: If you have a list of Options ready to be assigned to each Store, but Stores are not in sequence order on the downloaded spreadsheet, contact the support desk for assistance.
Once all completed, save and upload the features CSV template back into the system
