Drilling into Insights

You can explore most insights in detail to access more data or generate a list.

For example, if you need a detailed view of all locations in Lisboa, you can download this data directly from the dashboards.

Roles required

Admin role - Full access

1. Go to Reporting from the left side menu

2. Select 'Bookmarks' dropdown

3. Select your Dashboard and Insight

4. Highlight the desired data within the insight (in this example you'll see i've highlighted Lisboa)

5. Select 'See these Stores'

6. You'll be taken to a table view showing a breakdown of all Locations in Lisboa

7. Scroll to bottom right corner of page and select the download symbol (Downward arrow), and select .csv, .xlsx or Json.
