Relationship Fields

The "Relationship" field allows you to link to other data source types in Colateral.

Key Features:

You can link to the following data sources
- Users, Assets, Locations, Elements, Location groups, Location lists, Suppliers, Artwork briefs

Ability to toggle on:
- Make field mandatory,
- Show field as column in list
- Provide text localization (Language option)

Start creating a relationship field

1. Click the 3 dots of an existing group to add a new field and click "Edit"

2. Click "Create new field"

3. Start typing your "Field name"

4. Select field type as "Relationship"

5. Choose from the list your required Relationship field

6. Toggle on other options (if required)

7. Save

"Relationship" field in your site.

This is showing "Assets" data source as a relationship in "Location Profiler"
