The upload allocations process is the exclusive method for creating location assignments by linking fixtures and element specifications to their respective locations.
Roles required
Admin role - Full access
Upload Asset Allocations
1. Select Download Allocations CSV. This will download to your desktop.
2. Here you can start associating Assets and Locations
3. Once all complete, upload data into Colateral by simply selecting Upload Allocations CSV and select the spreadsheet you want to upload
Uploading Asset Element Data into Admin
To associate elements to assets in admin you can download the CSV by selecting download element quantity CSV
Here you can set element quantities for each asset
To upload the data into Colateral simply click on upload element quantity CSV and this will then associate elements to your assets.
