Adding Photos to an Asset

Adding photos to an Asset is useful for visualising the poster in the Asset position, i.e. if the Asset is a Poster frame on a wall in your store, you can upload photos of how the frame appears visually.

Roles required

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download

Start Adding

1. Go to Admin > Asset

2. Find your asset you would like to add the image onto, and Select the pencil icon next to the asset 

3. Select Add Photo and add your photo in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.
