Change Location Number in Location Profile - Location Flip

If you need to make a change to your Location Number, due to a Location refurbishment, or changeover, you can make this change within Location Profile. This is called Location Flip. Whenever you make this change, you will not need to worry about recording this down as the system does it for you!

Any changes you make will reflect in Location Data 

Roles required
 

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download

Start changing a Location Number

1. Select Location Profile 

2. Search the Location and click the pencil icon to edit

3. Click Edit Location Number

4. Type the New Location Number

• You will see the Current Location number labelled
• If the Location number was previously changed, you will also see the Previous Location Number

5. Once saved, the number new Location number will replace the old Location number
