Start building campaigns in Campaign Viewer
Campaign Viewer allows stores to see a promotion aligned with their store configuration
1. Get started on creating a Campaign
- Select Campaigns in the left side menu.
- Select Campaign Viewer
- Click the New Campaign button
4. Name your Campaign
5. The Campaign will automatically be saved as draft - While in draft you can always go back to rename the Campaign
2. Setting Campaign Information
- Set Start/End Date
- Set the priority - Priority is based on the urgency of the Campaign
- Select your pre-define fields - i.e. Region, Brand

4. Using Spaces
- Go to the Spaces tab - Select 'Add Spaces' button.
2. Set the quantity to all the spaces required in the Campaign
- 'Variants' are different variations of a space.
- 'Variant only' means you can only add a variant one by one.
- A non variant space means you can add all its variations at once

3. If the Space/Artwork needs to be viewed by a selection of stores, you would need to add store lists.

4.1 Managing Artwork in spaces
Adding artwork in Spaces
Please note: Spaces must be pre-configured to be viewable for Store Users logging on to view the Campaign.

1. On the Spaces tab you'll see a list of all added spaces
2. The Populated section shows how many Spaces currently have artwork allocated and the total number of spaces.
- The screenshot example below shows the first space with 3/13, i.e. 3 areas within the space is allocated with artwork, and there are 13 areas in total
3. Click the pencil on the desired Space to start adding Artwork
4. If you have a space with multiple areas, select one of the areas to add the artwork
5. To add the same artwork to multiple areas, click the multi-select button, select all areas within the space and click the pen to add the artwork.
Removing artwork in Spaces
6. To remove artwork click the multi-select button, select all artwork and select the X icon.

5. Stores Compliance Questions/ Questionnaires
Creating questionnaires to be displayed to store staff.
- You have the following options:
- Enable photo upload
- Allow additional comments
- Ability to add answer fields with; drop down menu, Free-type, Numbers, or Yes/No
- In the 'Drop down' you can create your own drop down options to form as part of the question.

6. Store preview
View each store's campaign guidelines or view the master store.
- Once the Campaign is live you can view all stores activity on the campaign.
- Green status - Stores have logged into survey and has responded to survey questions
- Red status - No activity
2. When you click 'View Master Store', this shows the full 'Campaign Guideline'
7. Question Responses
You can view what stores have responded to the questions once the campaign goes live
Click the magnified glass icon to view store responses
8. Duplicate Campaigns
- To duplicate campaigns select the icon next to the 3 dots.
2. Follow the same process from the beginning when setting up a new campaign
Information - Set dates, priority and pre-defined fields
Dates - Set your pre-defined date fields
Spaces - Select the spaces you need for the new campaignQuestions - Select the questions you need for the new campaign
3. Select duplicate once all complete.
4. Your new campaign will automatically be named as a copy; In the screenshot example this is called 'Jan Sales Copy'
