How to Fulfil Back Orders

To fulfil back orders, you must first update the stock quantity within Catalogue Management. 


There is a separate resource available in Helpdesk to guide you through that action, titled: How to Edit Stock Quantities. 


Once you have updated available stock, you should then navigate to Consolidated Orders.


There you'll find a Back Order tab, separated out by product supplier. 


Go into the relevant supplier, and tick the boxes on the line you're ready to fulfil. 


The Fulfil Orderline button on the right hand side will then turn purple. Click this button.


These orders will then be released on the next consolidation run.
