For stock to be available for a delivery location, that location must have an allocation, this prevents stores and brands ordering items that should not be available to them.
To allocate a blanket quantity to all users, navigate to Catalogue Management, and click the eye/edit icon
Go to the default allocation toggle and turn this on.
Type in a generic quantity in the adjacent cell.
Ensure you hit the publish button at the bottom of the page.
Alternatively, you can upload an allocation for single or multiple lines using the template provided her.
Please see the example template for some guidance on how this should be completed.
You will need to have a Store Number in column A and Store Name in column B.
The next column will be titled Product Code, and should have a product code inputted directly underneath it.
You can then allocate to each store in the relevant cell.
You can have s many stores, or product codes as you need, but each should be in its own column or row.
The spread sheet can then be imported in Catalogue Management / Upload Allocation
NB.
Only Admin users can download the allocation sheet
Allocating 0 or leaving a blank cell will ensure a store does not see that product.
If you have previously attached a blanket allocation to a line, and would now like to upload an allocation, ensure you turn the toggle for default allocation to the off position within catalogue management, before uploading your store by store allocation.
