How To Expedite Orders

Only head office users have the ability to expedite or fast track an order, outside or its usual consolidation schedule.


To do this, navigate to your consolidated orders area. 


Within the Ready to Send tab, against each supplier, any approved orders available for fast tracking will be displayed.


Tick the boxes next to the items you would like to fast track (or tick the top left ox to check all items in that order)


The Send Order button should now be purple. Simply click that button and confirm when you're ready.


This will issue an email to the relevant supplier and move the order into order history.
