We are excited to announce the latest updates to our platform! This release includes a refreshed landing page experience, improvements to custom fields usability, and a new notification flag for booked assets. These updates make it easier to navigate, customise, and manage your operations with confidence.
1. New Landing Page Experience
Environments: All
Users will now arrive at a redesigned home page when logging into Colateral, making it easier to navigate based on the tasks they need to complete.
Quick links provide direct access to:
Campaign Builder
Location Profiler
Asset Availability (retail media clients only)
Artwork Briefs
Insights
User Activity History
Location Lists
Additional links offer quick access to book a demo, view feature release notes, and visit our LinkedIn page.
The new landing page will be rolled out gradually, client by client.
2. Asset Reservation & Competitive Booking
Environments: 3.0
Users can now reserve assets before finalising a booking, allowing multiple booking forms to be created for the same asset.
Reserved bookings are marked with the status "Reserved".
When one booking is confirmed (status changes to "Booked"), any competing bookings for the same asset will lose access to that asset.
A notification label will appear on affected booking forms to indicate the asset is no longer available.
Asset status and booking form status are now connected, allowing users to easily filter and manage their bookings based on availability and current status.
The video demonstrates two separate bookings reserving the same asset. When the first booking is confirmed (status changes from "Reserved" to "Booked"), the asset becomes unavailable in the second booking.

3. Custom Field Usability Enhancements
Environments: 3.0
These new enhancements include:
Dropdown fields are now searchable, making it faster to find and select options.
Multiline text fields now auto-expand to fit the content entered, improving readability and ease of use.
These enhancements improve the overall experience when working with custom fields in booking forms.
