Admin Assets Uploads & Downloads 3.0

The upload and download method enables you to efficiently make bulk data changes. Downloading the CSV data also serves as a proof of concept for your asset data, allowing you to validate and review information before making updates.

Roles required

Admin role - Full access

Admin Asset Uploader

1. Navigate to Admin Assets 

2. Click more actions, here you will see several options for uploading asset data 

Uploading Assets into Admin

1. To upload assets in bulk select Upload Assets CSV. For Download - Download Assets CSV

This CSV contains just the asset data so the asset ID, Name, Reference, Is Priority, Photo, Tags, Description, Categories, Height, Width, Depth and Notes

2. When uploading assets select Browse files

3. Once you have uploaded the file simply choose the row which is your Header Row

4. You can map columns to its destination column and submit the upload. This will then upload your asset data into Admin Assets.
