How to Manage Quantities per Location in Location Lists

You can define how many items a specific location should receive by updating the Amount value within a Location List.

Admin: Full Access
Super User: Edit Data Only
Basic User: View Only

Update Location Amounts

1. Select the relevant Location List.

2. Locate the store you want to update.

3. Click the Edit (pencil icon) in the Amount column.

4. In the Edit Location Amount modal, adjust the value using the (+) or (–) controls.

5. Click Save.
   
   

The updated quantity will be immediately reflected in the Amount column for that location within the list.
