Suppliers — Booking Assignments (Retail Media Only)

Manage supplier access to retail media placements and booking schedules.

Note: Assignment is made via element

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Edit Data Only

Basic User: View Only

Supplier Campaign Access

1. Log in as a Supplier.

2. Navigate to the Bookings module.

3. All bookings will be displayed where the supplier is assigned.

4. Open a campaign and select the Items tab to view:

   • Assigned elements and artworks

   • Quantities

   • Delivery requirements
     
     

This ensures suppliers only see work relevant to their responsibilities.
