Confirming your Site Identity

Estimated Reading Time: 2 Minutes

Establishing your site’s identity is the simplest yet most effective way to make the Colateral Experience Hub feel like a dedicated part of your business.

1. Keep the Name Simple

There is no need to overcomplicate this step. In most cases, the most functional approach is simply using your Company or Business Name.

If your organisation requires more granularity, for instance, if you are managing several different regional hubs, you might choose to use a "Company - Region" or "Company - Department" format. The goal is immediate clarity for your users accessing the site.

2. Branding with an SVG Logo

Your logo serves as a visual "handshake," confirming to users they have arrived at the right destination.

  • The Format: We strictly recommend using the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format.

  • The Benefit: Unlike other image types, an SVG stays perfectly crisp and professional on any screen, whether a store manager is using a tablet or a high-resolution desktop monitor.

Quick Checklist

  • Enter Name: Use your standard business name (keep it simple!).

  • Upload Logo: Ensure your file is an SVG for optimal clarity.

  • Save: Your site identity is now locked in.
