Assign Assets to Locations

Assets are a count of the number of things in a Location, i.e doors, poster spots, changing rooms, tills etc. This can vary from one Location to another.

Roles required
 

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download

Start Assigning 

1. Go to Admin > Locations 

2. Select your required Location (Pencil icon)

3. Scroll down the page to Location Assets

4. Select 'Show', this will display all assigned Assets to Location (If no Assets are assigned it will remain empty)

5. Click the 3 dots and select 'Add Assets'

6. Scroll through the library list to find your Asset

7. Set the quantity amount for each Asset

8. When complete press 'Add Assets' button to save

9. To remove a Asset, select the required one, click the 3 dots and press 'Delete Asset'
