Cancelling or Deleting Elements in Campaigns

Cancel or delete an element

If you need to cancel or delete an element, click on the element in the elements table. 

Scroll down to the bottom of the information tab and you will see two buttons:

Cancel element 

Delete element 

Cancelling an element will keep the cancelled element visible in your  selected elements table but will appear as cancelled. You can come back to this  element at any point to reinstate.

Deleting an element will permanently delete the element. 

This action cannot be undone, however you can add the same type of element again by clicking on the select element button and selecting it from the elements list.

Cancel or delete multiple elements

To cancel or delete multiple elements, click all the relevant tick boxes in the elements table, then click into one of the chosen rows. 

You can then scroll to the bottom of the information screen and choose whether to cancel or delete, by clicking on the appropriate button.
