Upload Elements and Artwork Briefs into Campaign

To import elements and artwork briefs on a spreadsheet, navigate to Campaign Builder and either create, or click into a campaign.

You will see an ellipses button on the right hand side. Click this and download the template.

The template will contain 2 tabs, you can complete both and join the two, or just enter information into either the Elements or Artwork Briefs tab.

You don't have to complete all the columns, but enter data where relevant. 

The key piece of information when adding Elements is the Product Code, which can be found in Admin / Elements or Campaign Builder / Add Elements. This will dictate the spec of the item being produced. 

To link an Element on the Element tab to a Brief on the Artwork Brief tab, you will need to know the line number of the artwork brief. You can see line numbers on the left hand side of your Excel document. Input this into the Uploaded Brief Row column, within the Element tab. 

Save the file and upload using the same ellipses button as before, but choosing the Upload Elements and Brief option from the drop down. 

Please note the element code is case specific, so do ensure it is an exact match to the product code in the Element Library.
