Linking artwork briefs to elements to create Items

This article explains how to create campaign items by linking Artwork Briefs to Elements. This method allows you to generate items directly from a brief by assigning one or more Elements with defined quantities.

Admin: Full access

Super User: Edit data only

Basic User: View Only

Linking Elements to an Artwork Brief

1. Navigate to Campaign Builder and open your active campaign.

2. Select the Briefs tab to view all existing Artwork Briefs.
   
   

Add Elements to a Brief

1. Select the 3 dots on the Artwork Brief you want to link

2. Select Add Elements 

3. On the new modal that appears, select the new elements by adding the quantity amounts and press apply

4. You will now see the elements assigned to your briefs

5. Navigate to the Items tab, and the items will now appear on the items table ready for allocations, further item editing, create artwork approval jobs or assign to artworkers.
