Admin Overview

The Admin section is where all administrative tasks for Colateral are performed to support the Campaign Building configurations. Access to this area is restricted to specific user types.

The Admin section now includes both the Classic and Upgraded versions.

Roles required for admin access

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download

All Admin sections are accessible based on User Permissions and the Site Version.

Artwork	Managing all Artwork used in Campaigns. Assign Elements to Artwork

Spaces	Creating position spots called spaces within each store. Make use in Campaign Viewer
Store Groups	Setting up and managing suppliers/printers
Store Lists	Creating lists of stores to allocate Elements in Campaign Builder
Stores	Managing the database of all Stores
Suppliers	Setting up suppliers/printers and assigning to Campaign orders
Tags	Management of tags used in Artwork, Assets, Photos, Print on Demand, Products and Features
