There's a variety of Roles and Permissions granting you different access to make changes and adjustments all dependent on your role and duty.
Administrator
Site administrator granting full access to perform all functions and to have full management of site.
Superuser
Has view of all features with edit-only access. Ability to download and delete some features.
Basic User
Can create and manage items from campaigns and view store data only. (Restricted access)
Basic User linked to Location
Can create and manage items from campaigns and view data for their linked Location only. Ability to upload images into Location profile and answer compliance questions from surveys. - (Most restricted access)
Group Manager
Allows users to view multiple stores. Suitable for Regional / Area Managers. No ability to edit Location data. They can upload images into the Location profile and view all compliance questions.
Artworker
Access to the assigned campaigns, and visibility of all artwork. Ability to Upload artwork
Item Owner
Can view list of campaigns in read-only state. Ability to make amendments to Items.
