Create an Basic User

Start creating Basic roles for Store Staff and others. Basic User role gives you Store User access. This is useful for accessing Store Campaigns

Roles required to create

Admin role - Full access

Superuser - Can view, cannot edit or create new users


Start Creating 

1. Go to Admin > User

2 Select Create User to start creating

3. Fill out all fields

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Company
  • Department - Create Departments by free typing into this section. You can Manage this section in Tags Management
  • User Type - Set to Basic


4. Make the user account Active/Inactive by toggling On/Off

5. Set a password 


Your password must have:

At least one lowercase character

At least one uppercase character

At least one number


6. Click the drop down menu to select a Store Name or start typing the Store Name

7. Scroll to top of page and Save
