How To Update an Order Status

You can update an order to Dispatched or Delivered by navigating to Stock Ordering / Consolidated Orders


Then navigate to the History tab.


Here you'll find any orders that have been consolidated and sent to suppliers.


To update the status, click the tick box to the left of an order line. Note you can tick multiple items to update at once. 


You can then click the Update Delivery Status button and change items to Dispatched or Delivered.


To update via excel, within Stock Ordering / Consolidated Orders / History, click on the ellipse icon on the right hand side.


You can the download a sheet, make changes in the status column and re-import.
