Changing the status of a booking

How to change the status of a booking.

  1. Navigate to the booking management page by clicking Campaigns and Booking Management.

  2. Select the booking you want to change the status of.

  3. To change the status from reserved to booked simply click the booking status dropdown and select booked and save changes

  4. Changing the status of the booking will be reflected on the asset status 

  5. Any challenging reservations will be informed of an update within them 

  6. If the competing reservation booked across all the locations in their challenging booking when you view the asset you will see it is unavailable 

  7. If the competing reservation has only booked some of the locations in their challenging booking when you view the asset you will see it is now partially available and the total locations column will inform you of how many locations remain available for you to book.
