Publishing from Campaign Builder to Stock Ordering

To publish items from Campaign Builder to Stock Ordering, you must first change the status of a campaign to Complete. 


This can be done in Campaign Builder / Confirmation tab, by clicking the Complete Campaign button on the right hand side.


Please note that you CANNOT change a campaign status from Complete back to Live or Draft. 


Once a campaign is complete, the button will convert to read Send POS, click that to open your next modal. 


Tick the items you would like to publish, and click the Send to Stock Ordering button.


You can then choose whether to publish just the over, or the entire campaign. Choose the relevant option.


You may also want to tick the option to keep allocations as set in the campaign. This will pull through allocations from the campaign, ensuring only the relevant stores can order. 


Click the Send button and the items will be set up within your product catalogue. 


Please note, the items will publish to your default supplier, and with back orders turned on. Any changes required should be made within catalogue mangement. 


Items must have an image associated to them to enable the publish to stock option. You can publish without an allocation, but will want to go and add this to the products once they're in Stock Ordering.
