By assigning an Element to an asset you are building a business rule into your workflow. Elements are specifications of a Poster/Artwork sign, i.e Size, Material and Colour.
This will help the User to refine allocation selections within the product and reduce potential errors in allocations.
Roles required
Admin role - Full access
Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download
2. Select your required Asset
3. Scroll down and Select Add Elements
4. Select your required Elements from the library and press Add Element
5. To remove the Element press the X button
