In a scenario when Elements are no longer required to be in use, you can toggle Elements Off to become Inactive. Elements toggled off will automatically become Archived and will not be available to use throughout the system.
Roles required
Admin role - Full access
Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download
Start managing
1. Go to Admin > Elements
2. Select the Element required to be archived by selecting the pencil
3. Toggle On/Off to make Active/Inactive
4. When Toggled off, the element will automatically become Archive
5. To restore Archived Elements, go to Archived Elements tab
6. Tick all Archived Elements required, select the 3 dots on the right and select Restore Items
