Items are made up of Element specifications, Artwork poster visuals, artwork information and extra system information required for printing. You will use Items when building Campaigns in Campaign Builder 3.0.
Roles required
Admin role - Full access
Superuser - Reduced access - Cannot delete and download
Start Creating
1. Go to Item Library and select Create to start creating
Note: Asterisk fields are required only to save an Item - Item name*, Element* and Artwork name*
2. Create an Item name
3. Select an Element
4. Add an Artwork name
5. If required, add additional information to an Item: Tags, Short/Long descriptions, Extra information, Artwork image, Item Owners, Print Vendor, Creative Vendors
6. If required, you can add other specific information: CR#, CAT ID, CR expiration date, company and cost center for shipping (Please contact the service desk if you have any queries for these specific fields)
7. Save Item - Note: Once you save an item the element used for that item cannot be changed.
