New Login Process - Admin Users

Introduction

We’ve introduced a new login process to make accessing Colateral as a Admin User more secure and user-friendly. This updated method ensures that all users can log in seamlessly while keeping their accounts protected.

Who will use this feature?
All Colateral Admin Users will use this new login process whenever they access the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Login Page

   • Go to the Colateral login URL provided by your organisation.

2. Enter Your Email Address

   • Type your registered email address into the login field.
     
     

   • Click Continue.

3. Enter Your Password

   • Once your email is confirmed, the password field will appear.

   • Enter your password.

4. Select Login

   • Click Login to proceed.
     

5. Access the Home Page

   • After a successful login, you’ll be redirected to the main home page.

   • This part of the process remains unchanged – you will see the same familiar dashboard as before.
