How to Archive / Unarchive Features

Archiving removes Features from active use without deleting historical data. Archived Features can be restored at any time.

Admin: Full Access 

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View Only

Archive a Feature

1. Navigate to  Features.

2. Locate the Feature you want to archive.

3. Click the Edit (pencil icon).

4. Select More actions (top right).

5. Click Archive Feature.
   
   

Restore a Feature

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From the Features page, select the Archived Features tab.

2. Locate the archived Feature.

3. Select Restore to return it to the active list.
   
   

Outcome
 The Feature is either removed from or restored to the active Features list without data loss.
