How to Manage Features Data using Bulk Upload

Bulk uploads allow you to update Feature values and Location assignments at scale using a downloadable spreadsheet.

Admin: Full Access 

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View Only

Download Feature Data

1. Navigate to Features.

2. Select More actions (top right).

3. Click Download Features XLSX.
   
   

Prepare and Upload Updates

1. Open the downloaded spreadsheet.

2. Locate the relevant Feature columns (for example, CLSF/1 for Store Size).

3. Update numeric or text values for each Location reference.

4. Return to Features.

5. Select More actions > Upload Features XLSX.

6. Choose your updated file.

7. Wait for processing to complete.
   
   

Outcome
 A green banner confirms “You have successfully updated X features”, and changes are applied across Locations.

Download Feature Data

1. Navigate to Features.

2. Select More actions (top right).

3. Click Download Features XLSX.
