How to Manage Locations Data

Once a location is created, you can update its identifiers and core profile information.

Admin: Full Access
Super User: Edit Data Only
Basic User: View Only

Changing Name or Number

  1. On the Location Profiler list, hover over the site and click Actions (three dots).

  2. Select Change name or number.

  3. Enter the updated identifiers and click Save.

Updating Core Profile

  1. Open the location to the Overview tab.

  2. Address: Enter address lines, City/Town, Region, State/Province, and Postcode.

  3. Identification: Update Nickname, Unique Reference, and Phone numbers.

Organizational Data: Assign Type, Operation Type, Brand/Company, Division, and Region.
