How to Manage Location Status (Open / Close)

Control the operational state of locations to manage campaign eligibility and preserve historical data.

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View & upload images & answer surveys



Open a Location

  1. Open the Location profile and go to the Status tab.

  2. Click More actions (three dots) and select Set open date.

  3. Choose the date and click Save.

  4. To revert, select Remove open date.

Temporary Closure

  1. In the Status tab, select Add temporary closure.

  2. Enter Open DateClosure Date, and Notes.

  3. Click Save.

  4. To edit or remove, select the entry in the list and choose Edit or Remove temporary closure.

Permanent Closure (Archive)

  1. In the Status tab, select Set permanent closure date.

  2. Choose the final date and click Save.

  3. The location badge updates to red Closed.

  4. To adjust, select Edit permanent closure date or Remove permanent closure date to reactivate.

View Archived Locations

  1. On the main dashboard, use the Status filter.

  2. Select Closed.

  3. The list shows archived locations and the counter indicates total closed sites.
