How to Change Name or Number of Location

Update a Location’s name or number without creating a new profile, ensuring all historical data, 

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View & upload images & answer surveys

Change a Location Name or Number

1. Navigate to Location Profiler.

2. Initiate the change using one of the following methods:

   1. From the Location list: Hover over the location 3 dots and select Change name or number.

   2. From inside the location Open the location and, in the Key details panel, select Change name or number.

3. In the Change name or number modal:

   1. Update the Location Name.

   2. Update the Location Number if required.

4. Select Save to apply the changes.

You will notice inside the Location there is a record kept of previous location numbers.
