Using Image Search & Filtering

Learn how to use the Image Search tool to locate, filter, and download store visuals and floorplans. The Image Database acts as a centralised gallery, allowing you to quickly audit site imagery across your network.

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View & upload images & answer surveys

Accessing Image Search

1. Navigate to the main dashboard

2. Click on Locations from the sidebar

3. Select Image Search

The image gallery will load with all available visuals.

Applying Filters

Use filters to narrow down results and find specific images quickly. You have the option to filter by

• Location

• Image Type

• Location List

• Status

• Feature

• Asset

• Tags

• Advanced Stores

Filter by Location

1. Click the Filter (funnel icon) to open the filter panel

2. Select + Filter Location

3. Choose your desired location(s) and click Save to return your results
   
   

Filter by Image Type

1. In the filter panel, locate Image Type

2. Select:

   • Visual (store photos, assets)

   • Floorplan (technical layouts)

The gallery updates automatically.

Filter by Features

1. Click + Filter Feature

2. Select a feature (e.g., store attributes or branding elements)

3. Click Save to return your results
