Adding items to Campaigns

Items represent the physical products distributed in a campaign.


Admin: Full access

Super User: Edit data only

  1. Open a campaign 

  2. Select the Items tab.

  3. Click + Add Items > Create items

  4. Enter Item Name, POS Number, and assign an Element for your items

Add from Item Library into Campaigns

  1. Click + Add Items > Add existing items

  2. Select item(s) from the list by clicking the checkboxes.

  3. You can bulk select all items and add to the campaign in 1-go if required.

Edit Items in Campaigns

  1. Click the three dots on an item row and select Edit

Note: Items that are locked are in View Only state, and cannot be edited

  1. You can edit all data within that item

    • Name (required)

    • POS Number

    • Tags

    • Artwork Name

    • Stock Overs - Overs Type, Overs Amount, Stock Amount, Quantity Held in Stock.

    • SKU/Barcode

You cannot re-assign other elements to an existing item.


Remove Items from Campaign

  1. Select the 3 dots of an item

Select Remove
