Items Statuses in Campaigns

Item statuses indicate whether a campaign item is complete and ready for production. Items move from Draft to Ready once all required creative and allocation details are in place.

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Full Access

Basic User: View Only

1. Open your active campaign.

2. Select the Items tab.
   
   

New or incomplete items display a yellow DRAFT status.

Complete Required Item Details

To move an item out of Draft, ensure the following are completed. Start by selecting the 3 dots next to Actions and Edit:

1. Upload Artwork 

   • Upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF file.

2. Set Allocation Rule 

   • Apply or create a valid allocation rule.
     
     

Once all requirements are met, the status automatically updates to a green READY badge.
