Campaign - How to Manage Allocations – Using Favourite Rules

Favorite Rules allow you to quickly apply pre-defined distribution logic to campaign items, helping maintain consistency and reduce setup time during campaign creation.


Admin: Full Access

Super User: Full Access

Basic User: View Only

  1. Open your active Campaign and select the Items tab.

  2. Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to allocate.

    • Multiple items can be selected 

  3. Click the three-dot and select create allocation rule

  • If an allocation already exists, you will see “Edit Allocation” available


Create allocation and Add to Favourite Rules

  1. In the allocation pop-up, click the Edit or Create Rule tab and create your allocation, 

    • The system will auto generate your allocation name to the campaign name, this can be renamed. 

  2. Select the 3 dots in the top right and select Add Favourite Rule

  3. Your allocation will now remain saved and available to use across other campaigns.

    • Only Campaign Owners can edit favourite rules


Apply an existing Favourite Rule for allocations

  1. In the allocation pop-up, click the Add Favourite Rule tab

  2. Select from the list of saved allocations, 

  3. Refresh your allocations and review Item Quantity summary in the right-hand panel.

  4. Save allocations
