How to apply Stock Overs (Quantity/Percentage) to an Item

Applying Stock Overs to an Item

1. Open your active Campaign.

2. Select the Items tab.

3. Choose an item and open the three-dot action menu.

4. Select Edit allocation rule.

5. In the allocation window, open the Edit or Create Rule tab.

6. Select one of the following tabs:

• Assets

• Features

• Location Lists

• Locations
  
  

Set Stock Over Values

7. In the Stock Overs section, choose:

• Amount (fixed quantity), or

• Percentage (Only used for Assets)

8. Enter the required value

   1. Example: 10 (units) or 10%.
      
      

Save Allocation

9. Review the Item Quantity summary, which now includes:

   1. Base allocation

   2. Calculated stock overs

10. Select Save Allocation to apply the changes.
