How to Manage Location Visuals

Upload, organise, and maintain site images in the Location Profiler.

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View & upload images & answer surveys

Add Visuals

1. Open the Location profile and go to the Visuals tab.

2. Click Upload visuals.

   • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF

   • Max size: 15MB per file, up to 20 files per upload

3. Click an image to edit metadata:

   • File Name: Rename

   • Tags: Add searchable tags

   • Description: Add notes

4. Click Save.
   
   

Manage Visuals

1. Set a Cover Image:

   • Click More actions on an image card and select Set as cover image.

   • This image appears on the Overview tab.

2. Perform Actions on images:

   • Individual: Download, Replace, Delete

   • Bulk: Select multiple images and Download or Delete

3. Use Deselect all to clear selections.
   
   

Sort & Filter

1. Use Category filter to view images by tag.
   
   

2. Use Sort by to reorder visuals by Last added, Last edited, or Alphabetical.
