The status badge on your campaign items dynamically responds to workflow choices:

AWAITING APPROVAL: A file has been submitted and is waiting for a workflow stage decision.
CHANGES REQUIRED / IN REVIEW: A reviewer has requested modifications; the status reflects the current ongoing review state.
NEEDS ARTWORK: The item is waiting for its first file upload.
APPROVED: All workflow stages have given a green light. Once all items inside a job reach this state, the entire job moves automatically into the COMPLETE column.
