The Booking Management System allows you to access and manage your retail media bookings efficiently. Within this system, you can:
- Create new bookings
- Edit existing bookings
- Abandon incomplete bookings
- Archive past bookings
The booking form consists of custom fields, which can be configured under Admin > Custom Fields > Booking to suit your specific needs.
Creating a Booking
1. After completing your search in Asset Availability and selecting your desired asset, simply click "Book assets" to proceed with the booking.
2. Create a name for your booking and set the booking form status
3. Fill in any other information you may want to upon initial booking form creation and click create at the
bottom of form
Editing a Booking
1. Navigate to booking management in campaigns
2. Select the booking you want to edit from the list
3. Within the booking form a user can edit the booking information and save this by clicking the save button at the bottom of the form
4. A user can edit the Asset search within the booking.
5. Here the user can edit which assets they have in the booking, they can edit the location filters, trading periods and category filters if they want to and then they click update segment to save any changes made.
6. Within a booking form a user can also download the locations CSV which shows them all the locations this booking will appear in for each asset by clicking more actions on the asset tab of the booking form.
7. Clicking the 3 dots within a booking form allows the user to carry out the following actions for that booking:
Add booking to a campaign for the production process to start
Duplicate the booking form
Archive the booking form
Set the booking form to a status of abandoned
8. A booking can also be added to a campaign from the campaigns tab in the booking form by clicking add to campaigns.
