Upload, view, and organize documents in the Location Profiler.
Admin: Full Access
Super User: Edit Only
Basic User: View Only
Group Manager: View & upload images & answer surveys
Add Documents
Open the Location profile and go to the Documents tab.
Click Upload documents or drag and drop files.
Supported formats: XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, PDF, CSV
Max size: 20MB per file, up to 20 files per upload
Click Save (if prompted) to complete the upload.
View Documents
Click the More actions (three dots) icon next to a document.
Select View to preview the file in the system or associated application.
Manage Documents
Use Search and Sort by to locate files:
Search by file name
Sort by Last edited, Last added, or Alphabetical
Perform actions on individual documents via More actions:
Download
Delete
Bulk actions:
Select checkboxes next to multiple files
Use More actions to Download or Delete all selected
Click Deselect all to clear selections
