How to Manage Location Documents

Upload, view, and organize documents in the Location Profiler.

Admin: Full Access

Super User: Edit Only

Basic User: View Only

Group Manager: View & upload images & answer surveys



Add Documents

  1. Open the Location profile and go to the Documents tab.

  2. Click Upload documents or drag and drop files.

    • Supported formats: XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, PDF, CSV

    • Max size: 20MB per file, up to 20 files per upload

  3. Click Save (if prompted) to complete the upload.

View Documents

  1. Click the More actions (three dots) icon next to a document.

  2. Select View to preview the file in the system or associated application.

Manage Documents

  1. Use Search and Sort by to locate files:

    • Search by file name

    • Sort by Last edited, Last added, or Alphabetical

  2. Perform actions on individual documents via More actions:

    • Download

    • Delete

  3. Bulk actions:

    • Select checkboxes next to multiple files

    • Use More actions to Download or Delete all selected

    • Click Deselect all to clear selections
